SHIPPING POLICY
I do my best to ship products as quickly as possible without jeopardizing the quality of my work. On average, processing time is 3-5 business days, if you need your product by a certain date please reach out to me immediately upon checkout to see if your requested time frame is feasible.

*Please note the shipping times are in addition to your dispatch time frame. All earrings are made to order, therefore please allow a 5-7 business day processing period
*Please ensure you enter your shipping address carefully. Hellohaai is not held responsible for any orders being returned to sender. If your items are returned back to me, it is then up to the customer to pay the extra postage fee for the items to be sent back out again.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges for change of mind. If you have received a damaged product, please contact us at hello@hellohaai.co.za within 7 days of receiving goods so we can arrange a replacement.
